Connect your Google Workspace inbox.

Add one inbox at a time. We connect to Gmail securely with an app password, so you never share your main password.

An App Password is a 16-character code that lets Warmuply sign in to your Gmail safely, without using your main password. Requires 2-Step Verification on your Google account.

Step-by-step: how to get an app password
  1. Step 1: Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account.
  2. Step 2: Go to App passwords, name it “Warmuply”, and click Create.
  3. Step 3: Copy the 16-character code into the boxes above.
  4. Step 4: If you can't see App passwords, your Workspace admin may have turned them off. Here's what to ask them:
    Hi,

I'm setting up Warmuply to warm up my Google Workspace inbox, and it needs an app password. I can't see "App passwords" in my Google account. Could you check these in the Google Admin console?

1. Security › Authentication › 2-Step Verification: tick "Allow users to turn on 2-Step Verification".
2. Make sure app passwords aren't blocked for my account (for example, 2-Step Verification isn't set to "security key only", and less secure apps / app passwords are allowed).
