Delete inbox connection

Deleting leanne@brightlane.co permanently removes its connection to Warmuply and all of its warmup history, including reputation, placement and health check results. It can't be recovered.

If you only want to stop warmup for a while, pause the inbox instead. Its credit is freed for another inbox once it's deleted.
